Durante il controllo d'interazione, secondo le fonti autorevoli Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com sono trovate le controindicazioni o gli effetti collaterali che possono danneggiare oppure intensificare l’effetto negativo in caso d'uso del farmaco in presenza di questa malattia concomitante.
Consumatore:Tutti i diuretici possono causare o aggravare fluido e disturbi elettrolitici. Diuretici risparmiatori di potassio può causare iperkaliemia e, di rado, iponatremia. Quest'ultimo si verifica in genere quando questi agenti sono combinati con altri diuretici come tiazidici o usato in marcatamente edematosa pazienti con limitato apporto di sodio. La terapia con diuretici risparmiatori di potassio devono essere somministrati con cautela in pazienti predisposti o di anomalie elettrolitiche. Squilibri elettrolitici devono essere corrette prima di iniziare la terapia, e di elettroliti sierici concentrazioni devono essere monitorati periodicamente e mantenuta a valori normali durante la terapia. Determinazione degli elettroliti sierici è particolarmente importante durante l'inizio della terapia, dopo un aggiustamento del dosaggio, e durante la malattia, che potrebbero alterare la funzione renale.
