Durante il controllo d'interazione, secondo le fonti autorevoli Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com sono trovate le controindicazioni o gli effetti collaterali che possono danneggiare oppure intensificare l’effetto negativo in caso d'uso del farmaco in presenza di questa malattia concomitante.
Consumatore:Selettive inibitori della ricaptazione della serotonina (Ssri), come altri antidepressivi, può occasionalmente causare o attivare mania o ipomania. L'incidenza variava tra lo 0,1% e al 2% nel premarketing la sperimentazione di diversi Ssri. I pazienti con disturbo bipolare sono generalmente più probabile che l'esperienza di mania da antidepressivi. La terapia con Ssri deve essere somministrato con cautela in pazienti con una storia di mania o di disturbo bipolare. Prima di iniziare il trattamento, è consigliabile adeguatamente schermata pazienti di disordine bipolare, tra cui una storia familiare di suicidio, disturbo bipolare e depressione.
