Consumatore:

I diuretici tiazidici possono aumentare i trigliceridi nel siero e livelli di colesterolo, soprattutto LDL e VLDL. Se questi effetti sono dose-correlati e sostenuto durante la terapia cronica sono sconosciuti. I pazienti con preesistenti iperlipidemia può richiedere un più attento monitoraggio durante la terapia con tiazidici, e le regolazioni di conseguenza nel loro ipolipemizzanti regime
