Consumatore:

I diuretici tiazidici diminuire il tasso di escrezione di acido urico. Iperuricemia si verifica di frequente, ma di solito è asintomatica e raramente porta alla clinica gotta tranne che in pazienti con una storia di gotta e insufficienza renale cronica. La terapia con diuretici tiazidici devono essere somministrati con cautela in tali pazienti.
