Durante il controllo d'interazione, secondo le fonti autorevoli Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com sono trovate le controindicazioni o gli effetti collaterali che possono danneggiare oppure intensificare l’effetto negativo in caso d'uso del farmaco in presenza di questa malattia concomitante.

Consumatore:

Farmaci anti-infiammatori non steroidei (Fans) reversibilmente inibire l'adesione delle piastrine e di aggregazione e possono prolungare il tempo di sanguinamento in alcuni pazienti. Con l'eccezione di aspirina, gli effetti delle piastrine visto con la maggior parte dei Fans al solito i dosaggi raccomandati sono generalmente lievi e di breve durata, ma può essere più pronunciato nei pazienti con sottostante emostatico anomalie. La trombocitopenia è stato segnalato raramente durante l'uso di FANS. La terapia con i Fans devono essere somministrati con cautela in pazienti con significativo sanguinamento attivo o diatesi emorragica, tra cui emostatico e/o difetti della coagulazione associato con l'emofilia, la carenza di vitamina K, hypoprothrombinemia, trombocitopenia, thrombocytopathy, o insufficienza epatica grave. Fans che inibiscono selettivamente la cicloossigenasi-2 (cioè, COX-2 inibitori) non sembrano influenzare la funzione piastrinica o tempo di sanguinamento a dosaggi indicati e può essere preferibile se il rischio di sanguinamento è una preoccupazione.
