Consumatore:

Stupefacenti (oppiacei) analgesico agenti di aumentare il tono della muscolatura liscia del tratto gastrointestinale e diminuire la peristalsi intestinale, che può portare ad elevata pressione intraluminale, spasmo, e costipazione a seguito di un uso prolungato. In pazienti con grave o acuta di malattia infiammatoria intestinale, la diminuzione della motilità del colon può indurre megacolon tossico. La terapia con oppiacei deve essere somministrato con cautela in pazienti con ostruzione gastrointestinale, costipazione, malattia infiammatoria intestinale, o recenti apparato digerente chirurgia. Effetti gastrointestinali sembra essere più pronunciato con la morfina.
