Consumatore:

Stupefacenti (oppiacei) analgesico agenti possono prolungare e/o peggiorare la diarrea associata con gli organismi che invadono la mucosa intestinale, come tossigeno di E. coli, Salmonella, Shigella, e colite pseudomembranosa, a causa di antibiotici ad ampio spettro. Questi agenti diminuzione della motilità gastrointestinale, che può ritardare l'escrezione di infettive gastroenteriche organismi e/o loro tossine. Altri sintomi e complicanze come la febbre, spargimento di organismi e extraintestinali della malattia può essere aumentato o prolungato. La terapia con oppioidi dovrebbero essere evitati o somministrata con cautela in pazienti con diarrea infettiva, in particolare che, a causa di enterocolite pseudomembranoso o enterotossina-la produzione di batteri o se è accompagnata da febbre alta, pus o sangue nelle feci.
