Durante il controllo d'interazione, secondo le fonti autorevoli Drugs.com, Rxlist.com, Webmd.com, Medscape.com sono trovate le controindicazioni o gli effetti collaterali che possono danneggiare oppure intensificare l’effetto negativo in caso d'uso del farmaco in presenza di questa malattia concomitante.
Consumatore:Gli ACE-inibitori possono causare ipotensione sintomatica, più spesso durante l'inizio della terapia e nei pazienti volume e/o sodio-depleti o trattati per insufficienza cardiaca congestizia (CHF). La terapia con ACE-inibitori devono essere somministrati con cautela in tali pazienti e in soggetti predisposti a ipovolemico o hyponatremic stati (ad esempio, i pazienti in terapia diuretica, soprattutto se si è di recente istituzione; quelli sulle diete con restrizione di sale; quelli con grave o prolungata diarrea o vomito; e renale, i pazienti in dialisi). Il Volume e/o deplezione di sodio deve essere corretta prima di iniziare la terapia con ACE-inibitori, e il paziente deve essere emodinamicamente stabile. Se concomitante di diuretici e/o di sodio nella dieta di restrizione sono occupati, la riduzione o la temporanea sospensione del dosaggio dei diuretici e/o liberalizzare l'apporto di sodio nella dieta per 2 a 3 giorni in anticipo può aiutare a ridurre al minimo il rischio di grave ipotensione in pazienti che sono in grado di tollerare tali adeguamenti. Gli ACE-inibitori devono essere usati con cautela in pazienti in cui l'eccessiva ipotensione può avere gravi conseguenze, come ad esempio i pazienti con coronarie o insufficienza cerebrovascolare. I pazienti a rischio di eccessiva ipotensione, si deve iniziare la terapia con ACE-inibitore sotto stretto controllo medico, e ha seguito da vicino per le prime 2 settimane di trattamento e ogni volta che la dose di ACE-inibitore o un diuretico è aumentato.
