Consumatore:

Sulfamidici può essere assorbito per via sistemica, quando applicato sulla pelle, degli occhi o delle mucose membrane. Epatotossicità, tra cui ittero, diffusa necrosi epatocellulare, ipersensibilità, epatite e insufficienza epatica, raramente è stata segnalata in pazienti che ricevono sulfamidici. Inoltre, sulfamidici sono parzialmente metabolizzato dal fegato e possono accumularsi nei pazienti con compromissione epatica. Con la terapia topica sulfamidici deve essere somministrato con cautela in pazienti con malattia epatica.
