Selettive inibitori della ricaptazione della serotonina (Ssri) sono principalmente metabolizzati dal fegato. Le concentrazioni plasmatiche di Ssri e dei loro metaboliti possono essere aumentati e l'emivita prolungata nei pazienti con compromissione della funzione epatica. Aggiustamenti del dosaggio può essere necessario, in conformità del prodotto, la confezione e l'etichettatura.
