Consumatore:

L'uso di idralazina è stato associato con lo sviluppo di lupus eritematoso lupus-like sindromi, così come l'esacerbazione della malattia. Hydralazine terapia deve essere sospeso nei pazienti che sperimentano un peggioramento di un preesistente lupus. Monitoraggio della conta ematica completa, e anticorpi antinucleari titoli prima e durante la terapia prolungata è raccomandato.
